4 EASY WAYS TO KEEP YOUR SKIN HYDRATED DURING THE SUMMER

Hydration is key during the hot summer months. It’s important to make sure your skin is moisturised and hydrated all year round, but especially during the warmer months, sun exposure, air conditioning, exposure to chlorine in swimming pools and saltwater at the beach all contribute even further to the drying out of skin and a decrease in its natural moisture levels. 

Here are 4 easy ways to keep your skin hydrated whilst enjoying the warm weather:

  1. CLEANSE AND EXFOLIATE
